Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in IT project management, focused on governance, documentation, schedule control, budget, and risk management, with autonomy to act as the leader's proxy. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the project leader's proxy in meetings and status reports. 2. Operational management of schedule, budget, KPIs, and dashboards. 3. Focus on documentation, governance (PMO), and risk management. **Senior Project Manager** **Work Location:** Anchieta – São Bernardo do Campo (SBC) **Work Model:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Working Hours:** 168 hours/month Estimated duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension **Position Objective** We seek a **Senior Project Manager** with experience in IT project management, direct support to leadership, governance and documentation; schedule, budget, risk and indicator control, with autonomy to conduct meetings and represent the project. **Key Responsibilities:** **Support to the Project Leader** * Attend meetings and prepare status reports when required * Represent the project in the leader’s absence * Ensure alignment among departments and stakeholders **Operational Management** * Schedule, budget, and deliverables control * KPI monitoring * Dashboard creation and maintenance **Documentation and Governance (PMO)** * Preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and status reports * Development of RACI charts and communication plans * Risk, change, and indicator management * Ensuring compliance with internal processes **Technical and Behavioral Requirements** **English – Fluent** * Clear communication with global stakeholders * Preparation of executive reports and presentations **Project Management Experience (IT)** * Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects * Ability to act as the **project leader's proxy** **Organization and Governance** * Strong expertise in documentation and control * Structured understanding of processes and indicators **Autonomy and Proactivity** * Decision-making within project guidelines * Conducting meetings and representing the project Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Advanced)
