Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate strategies, ensure team alignment and vision, and manage end-to-end projects. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomy and strategic decision-making aligned with business objectives FCamara is looking for a Senior Project Manager. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Direct reporting to the company's directors and C-level executives * Coordination of efforts to achieve strategic objectives; * Ensuring purpose, vision, and scope for assigned teams and evangelizing these elements; * Defining and monitoring clear success metrics for teams under responsibility, including conducting independent analyses; * Managing schedule adherence, risk, and quality; * Developing and implementing the project communication plan; * Disseminating project information to stakeholders (activity progress updates, schedule revisions, communication with workstreams, status reports, management presentations, etc.); * Risk Map; * Communication Matrix; * Responsibility Assignment Matrix; * Organizational Chart; * Cost Control; * Status Reports/Reports; * Acceptance Terms; * Change Control; * Vendor Management; * Key Deliverables; * Key Issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Solid knowledge of Project Management governed by the PMBOK Guide and SCRUM; * Collaborative profile with strong ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders and hierarchical levels; * In-depth understanding of the digital product development lifecycle; * Ability to work autonomously and make strategic business-aligned decisions; * Strong time management and task management skills; * Structured thinking, capable of decomposing problems into varying levels of complexity and translating them into actionable plans for the team; * Ability to navigate all areas of the company while adapting communication style accordingly; * Excellent communication skills, able to seamlessly shift between strategic and operational contexts **Soft Skills:** * Critical thinking * Teamwork * Time management * Proactivity * Self-development * Customer and results orientation * Autonomy * Project management **Additional Information** You will orchestrate activities in collaboration with Product Owners (Business) and Systems Development teams (IT) **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
