We are a **GPTW (Great Place to Work)** certified company. **Responsibilities and duties** We are seeking a **Senior Project Manager \- DevSecOps**, responsible for managing projects related to planning, execution, and monitoring of outcomes, and who will join our client’s team—a global leader in information systems. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Consolidating project planning across all workstreams, executing and monitoring the project according to defined scope, timeline, and budget; * Coordinating multiple workstreams and profiles, ensuring integration and synergy among teams for alignment and activity execution; * Ensuring project governance and adherence to cadences with all stakeholders; * Preparing technical and executive reports, communicating milestones and status updates to stakeholders; * Updating schedules, managing activities and dependencies; * Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet expected quality standards; * Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks; * Driving continuous improvement by helping teams identify opportunities; * Creating and tracking project KPIs related to quality, performance, and resilience; * Ensuring DevSecOps practices and compliance with internal standards; * Facilitating alignment among teams; * Orchestrating activities across different teams and business units; * Ensuring Jira cards are kept up to date; * Conducting operational status meetings and presenting project status to the Executive Committee; * Ensuring activities proceed as planned, with action plans implemented when adjustments are needed; * Continuously updating the project plan, schedule, documentation, and reports; * Participating in technical meetings to help teams identify opportunities, risks, or dependencies requiring alignment with other business units; * Monitoring operations related to project workstreams; Performing financial control. * **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience managing complex projects and delivering executive reports; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills; * Analytical thinking and results orientation; * Consulting mindset, with initiative and proactivity to drive improvements and collaboratively solve problems; * Advanced English proficiency. **Desirable requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * PMP or PMI\-ACP certification, or specialization in Project Management; * Agile certification (Scrum Master and/or Product Owner); * ITIL certification; * COBIT certification; * Experience with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow; * Experience with dashboard tools: Advanced MS Excel, Power BI; * Knowledge of: * Software development and application lifecycle; * DevSecOps; * Cloud; * GenAI (concepts and applications in projects); * Observability (monitoring, logs, metrics, tracing); * Network connectivity. **Additional information** **Here at DC, you’ll find:** * Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week) \- Santo Amaro/SP; * Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor); * Collaborative and agile work environment; * Challenging opportunity with significant professional growth potential; * GPTW certified company; * Glassdoor rating: 4\.8 \- 97% would recommend to a friend; **Benefits included upon hiring:** * Personalized mentorship/coaching; * Ongoing education program **CORPORATE EDUCATION**; * DC KIT including a backpack.
