Robotic Process Automation (RPA). **What We’re Looking For** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Full Stack Developer** who works end-to-end across development—frontend, backend, and integrations—and who is interested in growing into system architecture and engineering roles. This is not just a purely technical role. It involves strong exposure to core business processes, direct interaction with operations, customer service, sales, product, finance, and frequent engagement with external partners. ️ **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** Development and Architecture Develop and evolve full-stack applications using Java, React, and JavaScript. Build APIs and services. Microservices deployed on AWS. Design and implement integrations, distributed services, and asynchronous workflows. Participate in architectural and engineering decisions—including microservices. Infrastructure and DevOps Maintain and evolve serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Step Functions). Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using SST, Terraform, or similar tools. Perform troubleshooting by analyzing logs and monitoring data. Integrations and Data Build integrations with CRMs, financial systems, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Support evolution of data pipelines (S3, Athena) and internal automations. Business Interaction and External Teams Understand real-world company processes—such as beneficiary journey, registration, billing, insurance, and payments. Collaborate with business areas to translate business rules into technical solutions. Work alongside external technology teams—learning and exchanging expertise with industry professionals. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript. * Hands-on experience with React, React Router, and modern frameworks. * Backend experience with Node.js. * Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL). * Genuine interest in understanding business processes and participating in functional discussions. * Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments and with external partner teams. **Nice-to-Have:** * Familiarity with microservices. Knowledge of AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions). Experience with IaC (SST, Terraform, CDK). Familiarity with NestJS. Knowledge of or interest in React Native. Understanding of distributed architecture, queues, and messaging systems. Familiarity with benefits, healthcare, or insurance sectors.
