Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead for Device Management to orchestrate an asset ecosystem, acting as a strategic bridge between global guidelines, business needs, and operational execution—ensuring quality and responding to critical incidents. Technical leadership in the migration from SCCM to Intune **What We’re Looking For?** We seek a Tech Lead for Device Management with a dynamic profile who possesses the ideal balance between technical depth and orchestration capability. In this role, you will not merely be an executor but the technical "maestro" of an ecosystem encompassing approximately 2\.000 assets (laptops, desktops, and smartphones). The central challenge is to serve as the strategic bridge between EDP’s (Portugal) global guidelines, business needs in Brazil, and operational execution carried out by our technology partner. We seek someone capable of ensuring delivery cadence and quality, possessing a critical eye for SLA compliance and technical autonomy to intervene in critical or complex incidents. If you have experience in robust corporate environments, mastery of technological transition from SCCM to Intune environments, and prefer technical process leadership over building from scratch, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical Orchestration: Act as the focal point between client and vendor, ensuring demands are accurately addressed, prioritized, and executed with quality. * Operations and SLA Management: Actively monitor incident and request pipelines, ensuring actual adherence to service-level agreements and preventing call management maneuvers (e.g., improper scheduling). * Global and Local Governance: Translate and operationalize governance guidelines from Portugal within Brazil, participating in recurring routines with the global team. * Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of assets (provisioning, maintenance, patching, and sustainable disposal). * Technological Transformation: Lead and ensure evolution of the management pipeline—especially the gradual migration from SCCM to Microsoft Intune (co\-management/migration waves). * Security and Compliance: Administer endpoint security policies (encryption, app blocking, security updates) and ensure fleet compliance via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker. * Advanced Support: Serve as the technical escalation tier for critical hardware or operating system incidents that the vendor cannot resolve autonomously. **Requirements:** * Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune (MDM/UEM) and SCCM (System Center). * Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11\ lifecycle management and update policies. * In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policy Object (GPO) application. * Ability to create and manage automations and scripts using PowerShell. * Experience with security tools: BitLocker and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. * Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management), inventory management, and licensing. * Prior experience in technical leadership and coordination of multiple vendors (outsourcing). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Windows Autopilot and co\-management strategies. * Microsoft MD\-102 (Endpoint Administrator) certification. * Experience in companies with global/multinational IT structures. * Excellent communication skills to translate technical topics for business areas. **Work Location:** Hybrid \- Lapa or São Bernardo do Campo (3 days on-site, 2 remote, with flexibility based on need). **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not?—from anywhere in the world.
