We’re waiting for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** This professional will act as Scrum Facilitator for an app and website development squad, ensuring rhythm and quality in ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, Retro) and continuous process improvement. * Support the team in end-to-end work organization, from discovery to delivery, promoting delivery predictability, dependency management, and waste reduction; * Partner with the Product Owner and Product Leadership to improve the backlog, prioritization, sprint goal definition, and delivery clarity (e.g., well-written user stories, objective acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready/Done); * Lead and encourage practices to enhance delivery quality and efficiency, focusing on: App/site stability and performance; Bug reduction and rework; Cycle time improvement (lead time/cycle time); Increased predictability and goal achievement. * Remove impediments and unblock the team on topics common to digital products, such as: API/backend dependencies, security, infrastructure, analytics, design system, and app store publishing (App Store/Google Play); Alignment with UX/UI, content, SEO, and accessibility; Approvals and release governance (change, compliance, LGPD); Support evolution of release management practices, including deployment planning, release windows, rollbacks, versioning, and stakeholder communication; * Promote agile culture and sound engineering practices together with Tech Lead and Chapter Leads (where applicable), encouraging: technical refinement, team agreements, DoD improvement (testing, code review, observability, documentation); * Manage stakeholders (Product, UX, Engineering, BI/Analytics, Marketing, Content, Operations), ensuring transparency, alignment, and expectation management; * Support implementation and use of product and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, lead time, burndown, defect rate, incidents, release stability), as well as digital indicators (e.g., conversion, crash rate, performance, Core Web Vitals, funnel). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Scrum Master in digital product squads (app and/or web), working alongside POs, developers, QA, and UX; * Experience with delivery cycles including CI/CD, continuous deployment, and release governance; * Experience in environments with design systems, multiple technical dependencies, and integration with APIs/services; * Practical mastery of Scrum and applicable knowledge of Kanban/flow management (WIP, flow metrics, service classes); * Proficiency in agile management tools: Jira (preferred) and/or Azure DevOps, with ability to structure boards, workflows, reports, and dashboards; * Experience with collaboration and discovery tools: Confluence, Miro/Mural, Notion or similar; * Familiarity with digital delivery practices and tools: CI/CD (concepts and pipeline routines), release and deployment management, versioning and branches (Git concepts). Desirable: * Familiarity with digital product tools and metrics: Google Analytics / Firebase / Amplitude (concepts), Crashlytics (mobile); * Knowledge of web performance (e.g., Core Web Vitals). Soft Skills: * Strong facilitation, ceremony leadership, and group dynamics skills, with a results-oriented mindset; * Clear communication to interact effectively with both technical and business audiences, supporting negotiation, prioritization, and alignment; * Ability to manage conflicts, foster agreements, and serve as a reference for the team’s agile maturity; * Analytical and data-driven profile: ability to use metrics to identify bottlenecks, guide improvements, and support decisions; * Organization and autonomy to operate effectively in environments with multiple concurrent initiatives, deadlines, and dependencies.
