Python Engineering Manager at BairesDev As a Python Engineering Manager, you'll guide a development team and collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and leadership to help shape technical solutions. This role combines technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and focus on quality, helping you build a strong team and deliver quality software. What you will do: * Help build a team by participating in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. * Work with Product Management to support roadmap definition and product metrics. * Collaborate with Architects and team leads to establish appropriate architecture. * Support project management, facilitating meetings and helping with sprint planning. * Participate in development and testing of features to maintain quality standards.
