




Description: The Project Office Coordinator - WinThor Implementation position is for a professional with experience in leading project teams and deep knowledge of the TOTVS/WinThor ecosystem. The professional will serve as the methodological reference and guarantor of efficiency and profitability for implementation projects, acting as a strategic link between project teams and senior management. Responsibilities and Duties * Leadership and Management: Lead and develop project managers, providing the necessary support for successful project execution; * Methodological Excellence: Define, disseminate, and ensure application of the project management methodology (including MIT) and work standards; * Governance and Control: Ensure accurate consolidation of project information and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with standards and efficient use of resources; * Strategic Support: Provide senior management with consolidated information and support for strategic decision-making; Results: Manage resources and ensure that project management is efficient and profitable for the organization. Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; - Proven experience in Project Management; PMP certification is a plus; - Experience within the WinThor ecosystem; - Experience in WinThor implementation projects; - Knowledge of MIT (TOTVS Implementation Methodology); - Willingness to travel occasionally; - Strong communication skills. 2512310202491582202
