Your main responsibilities will be: * Managing project scope, schedule, and cost; * Managing multiple projects and teams, understanding requirements, mobilizing teams, and creating and using rituals and artifacts from agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; * Communication, ensuring project documentation, guaranteeing knowledge transfer internally (operations), monitoring and controlling the entire project (scope, schedule, cost, and quality); * Providing periodic project status reports to the client and executive committee; * Monitoring and communicating team progress through agile metrics such as sprint velocity and burndown charts; * Fostering a collaborative and trusting environment among team members, stakeholders, and the broader organization; * Acting as a facilitator between the team and stakeholders to manage expectations and prioritize backlog; * Assisting in resolving team conflicts, always striving to maintain harmony and productivity. Requirements: **Requirements** * Experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira, Kanban; * Experience managing projects using Waterfall and Scrum Master - Agile models; * Experience managing multiple projects and teams; * Advanced English **You will stand out if you have:** * Advanced Spanish; * PMI certifications (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP); Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, PSM I, PSPO I, SFC, ASF, TKP, KMP, SP (SAFe Practitioner) and SA (SAFe Agilist); * Experience working in IT consulting firms; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management
