So, are you ready to join us? **\#Vemserclouder** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** --------------------------------- * Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and required resources (Squads); * Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work jointly with other departments to ensure project integration and smooth execution; * Documentation: Ensure all projects are properly documented (e.g., TAP and TEP) and updated in accordance with best practices; * Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all projects comply with applicable standards and regulations; * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes; * Reporting and Data Analysis: Produce performance reports for projects and present analyses to management; * Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may impact project success; * Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet established quality standards and customer or end-user expectations; * Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, conduct status meetings, and adjust plans as needed to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery; **YOU MUST HAVE:** -------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, with specific focus on information technology projects; * Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PMBOK, Kanban) and Waterfall, including roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner; * Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar). * Interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and teams at all levels; * Ability to lead and motivate squads, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills; * Change Management: Ability to manage project changes, ensuring they are well accepted and implemented; * Capability to understand and resolve complex problems; * Results-oriented mindset, with ability to define and monitor project-related key performance indicators (KPIs); Binario.cloud is a cloud solutions provider with its own brand, committed to **transforming businesses** through tailor-made solutions that precisely address the needs of Brazilian enterprises.
