We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Project Manager** to lead strategic initiatives in the area of Infrastructure and Telecommunications. In this role, you will be the central pillar in driving critical projects, ensuring the integration of new technologies and the optimization of existing systems from conception to final delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Planning and Execution:** Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, for infrastructure projects (networks, data centers, security) and telecommunications (communication systems, fiber optic networks, 5G). * **Risk Management:** Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks, developing effective contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success. * **Leadership and Coordination:** Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project objectives. * **Communication and Relationships:** Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, expectation alignment, and clear, concise reporting on project progress. * **Control and Quality:** Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables comply with quality standards, technical requirements, and regulatory regulations. * **Resource Optimization:** Efficiently manage allocated resources (team, financial, materials) to maximize project productivity and sustainability. * **Continuous Improvement:** Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from previous projects to optimize future processes and methodologies. ### **Essential Requirements (What You Must Have)** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of \[**5 years**] of experience in project management, with significant focus on IT infrastructure and/or telecommunications. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer), Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus. * **Certifications:** Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is mandatory. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of network architectures (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), telecommunications systems (fixed/mobile, Voice over IP), virtualization, cloud computing, and information security. * **Methodologies:** Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMBOK). * **Leadership Skills:** Ability to lead, influence, and develop teams, as well as manage conflicts constructively. * **English:** Advanced level for technical reading and communication. ### **Desirable Skills (What Would Make You Stand Out)** * Experience with project management tools (e.g.: Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com). * Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks. * Experience in multicultural environments or global projects. * Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions to complex challenges. * Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools for project reporting. ### **Department:** Outsourcing
