Job Summary: Lead, plan, and monitor high-complexity projects focused on data migration and coordination of ETL activities, collaborating across multiple departments and ensuring adherence to the client's methodology. Advanced or fluent English is mandatory **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan, execute, monitor, and control all project activities; * Manage the data migration stream, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity; * Coordinate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, including master, transactional, and historical data; * Ensure data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization of migrated data; * Monitor testing cycles (mocks), validations, and data loads in quality environments; * Collaborate with business units, IT, and consulting teams to ensure alignment and operational continuity; * Manage risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle; * Ensure compliance with the client's project management methodology; * Conduct status, governance, and stakeholder alignment meetings. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-complexity projects; * Experience in international projects; * Solid knowledge of project management principles and management tools; * Experience in data migration (a significant advantage); * **Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in SAP implementation projects and migration to S/4HANA; * Experience in digital transformation initiatives and system integration. **Deliverables:** * Project plan with detailed phase-by-phase schedule; * Meeting minutes and action tracking, including deadlines and responsible parties; * Project documentation organized in SharePoint per defined methodology; * Delivery plan, risk management, communication plan, and issue log; * Cost and payment tracking via JIRA; * Continuous status updates and project progress reporting in the PMO Portal.
