We are looking for **Product and Technology Managers** to operate at the intersection of business strategy and software engineering, leading the evolution of scalable, highly complex digital solutions. The professional will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution, contributing to product roadmap definition, functional direction, and development of robust applications. This role involves collaborative work with technical teams and stakeholders, participating in strategic decisions, solution architecture, and best practices in product and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and drive the digital product roadmap aligned with business objectives * Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications * Lead the development and evolution of applications in production environments * Facilitate integration among systems, products, and different organizational areas * Ensure quality, performance, scalability, and user experience in solutions * Contribute to advancing product and engineering practices, providing technical support to the team **Technical Skills and Experience:** * Experience in Product Management and leading multidisciplinary teams * Knowledge of backend development with Java and/or Python * Designing and consuming REST APIs * Experience with system architecture and application integration * Solid foundations in software engineering and solution design * Knowledge of relational databases * Ability to operate between business and technology with strategic vision * Advanced English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of AI Agents and AI-based solutions * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Experience with agile methodologies * Experience with digital products in the financial sector or complex service domains **Hybrid work model in São Paulo/SP.** **What Accenture Offers:** At Accenture, we invest in our professionals’ development like no other organization: Professionals with equal opportunities to grow.
