If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working closely with leadership, and excel at transforming planning into tangible results, we want to meet you! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** --------------------------------- * Process Management: Supervise the development, implementation, and optimization of operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in projects; * Project Management: Develop IT project plans—including scope, schedule, budget, and required resources—at various complexity levels, including implementation of Cloud, Firewall, and networks for medium- and large-sized national and international clients; * Performance Analysis: Evaluate performance of existing processes and identify areas for improvement; * Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives; * Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to enhance quality and minimize costs; * Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work jointly with other departments to ensure integration and smooth operation of organizational processes; * Documentation: Ensure all processes and projects are documented and updated according to best practices; * Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all processes comply with applicable standards and regulations; * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes; * Reporting and Data Analysis: Produce reports on process and project performance and present analyses to management; * Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact project success; * Quality Assurance: Ensure processes and projects meet established quality standards and customer or end-user expectations; * Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, conduct status meetings, and adjust planning as needed to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery. #### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work in a hybrid model in SP; * Availability for travel; * PMP certification; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Minimum \+6 years’ experience as PMO or in project management; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Fluent English and Spanish for conducting meetings with clients and partners; **Responsibilities and attributions** **Requirements and qualifications** **Additional information** Binario.cloud is a cloud solutions provider with its own brand, committed to **transforming businesses** through tailored solutions precisely addressing the needs of Brazilian enterprises.
