What We Expect From You:
* Act as PMO for initiatives, leading planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring deep understanding of priorities, risks, dependencies, and design decisions, communicating clearly and accurately in both directions.
* Operate as the single bilingual coordination point, ensuring continuity across meetings, documentation, decision records, action items, and follow-ups.
* Support the design and implementation of requirements related to settlement, liquidity, and operations.
* Ensure strong organization and governance for dependency tracking and delivery monitoring.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English, including simultaneous interpretation in meetings
* Proven experience as a PMO in strategic, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
* Strong organizational leadership and project management capabilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable messages.
* Experience in highly governed environments focused on risk management and decision-making.
* Availability for hybrid work in SP
