Optimization of functions through technology and supervision of interns **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Plan, monitor, and evaluate teaching practices based on diagnostic data, promoting pedagogical training and interventions. Monitor student performance and develop actions to improve learning outcomes. Collaborate with school management on pedagogical and administrative decisions, supporting school organization. Promote inclusion, student well-being, and ethical coexistence within the school community. Read the conditions and requirements and apply!** **Applications open until March 23, 2026** **Requirements:** Full Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field plus a Stricto Sensu postgraduate specialization in Education OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field plus a Lato Sensu postgraduate specialization in Education focusing on School Management/Administration. Teaching experience in basic education and/or experience in pedagogical management/coordination activities. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** Up-to-date knowledge of Educational Legislation, School Management, Pedagogical Coordination, and Continuing Professional Development; Conflict management; Management of pedagogical processes and outcomes, institutional entrepreneurship, and innovation; Knowledge of Situational Leadership and Team Coordination; Understanding of the Principles of Trainer Training at SESI SP; Effective oral and written communication skills, with ease in delivering and receiving feedback; Flexibility in response to change and innovation; Research-oriented mindset and profile; Basic knowledge of IT tools applied to education.
