We are seeking a professional to work as an OPERATIONAL TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR, on-site in Rochdale – Osasco – SP, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, under a permanent CLT employment contract. This professional will be responsible for supervising the technical team, ensuring proper operational flow, and acting as a liaison among technical, commercial, and administrative departments. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the company's operational and technical activities. * Ensure compliance with internal production, sorting, configuration, and shipping processes. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, deadlines, and rework). * Guide and train the technical and shipping teams on internal standards and procedures. * Validate technical configurations of equipment (e.g., servers, networks, storage systems). * Ensure technical inventory organization and asset control. * Prevent and resolve operational failures. * Support the definition of process improvements and standardizations. * Ensure adherence to SLAs and agreed-upon deadlines with customers regarding order shipments or service delivery. * Report results and bottlenecks to management. **Requirements to Apply:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields. * Prior experience supervising technical or operational teams. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, servers, networks, RAID, memory, etc.). * Experience with process control and indicator management. * Familiarity with internal control systems or ERP (preferred). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational ability. * Proactivity in anticipating demands and making decisions. * Results-oriented mindset. * Firm and guiding attitude. * Attention to detail. * Ability to learn quickly. **Chypps Benefits:** * Salary negotiable based on experience. * Transportation allowance (VT). * Meal voucher (VR) R$ 30 per business day. * Total Pass with exclusive discounts, extendable to up to 3 people of your choice. * Intermédica health insurance plan without copayment, including coverage for spouse and children (at additional cost). * Bradesco dental plan free of charge. * Swile Shop discount club. * Vittude therapy with 40% discount. * Birthday day off. * Career growth opportunities. * Fully equipped space featuring a game room and nap room.
