Support in organizing and continuously improving operations **OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT:** **We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and leadership-oriented professional to serve as an Operational Management Consultant, overseeing remote teams, providing strategic client engagement, and mediating between the company, clients, and service providers.** =============================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Management and supervision of remote teams * Preparation of operational and managerial reports * Mediation and alignment among company, clients, and service providers * Monitoring of operational requests and support to teams * Participation in strategic and operational meetings * Control and monitoring of internal processes * Support in organizing and continuously improving operations * Travel as required for on-site monitoring of requests and projects **Requirements** -------------- * Experience managing teams * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Analytical, dynamic, and organized profile * Interpersonal relationship and customer service aptitude * Willingness to travel * Valid driver's license and driving experience * Intermediate knowledge of IT and digital tools for organization and report generation * Residency in São José dos Campos, Jacareí, or surrounding areas **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Knowledge in Information Technology (IT) * Experience in operational management and corporate client service * Experience monitoring service providers and delivering operational support **Academic Qualification** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree **Employment Model** ------------------------- * Independent Contractor (PJ) **Work Location** -------------------- * On-site – São José dos Campos/SP. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Interested candidates must submit an updated resume along with their salary expectations ### **Employment Type:** Individual Legal Entity (PJ) ### **Department:** Operations
