Job Description: We are looking for a Network Administrator with an analytical, proactive, and organized profile to administer, monitor, and maintain the institution’s network infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of network and communication environments, contributing to the continuity of hospital services and the protection of institutional information, always aligned with principles of humanization and excellence in care. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administration and monitoring of network infrastructure, servers, and communication links; * Configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, access points, and firewalls; * Access control, permission management, and information security policies; * Technical support related to connectivity, networking, and internal communications; * Monitoring of network performance and availability, identifying and resolving incidents; * Support for implementation of infrastructure technology improvements and projects; * Management of backups, antivirus software, and information security resources; * Support to the IT team on infrastructure-related and technical support requests. **Prerequisites:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Practical experience in network and infrastructure administration; * Knowledge of switch, router, firewall, and Wi-Fi network configuration; * Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory environments; * Knowledge of information security and access policies; * Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and problem-solving ability.
