Dynamic and collaborative environment focused on quality and reliability Job Description: **Talented people make Schneider Electric a great company!** This professional will be responsible for leading industrial automation projects technically, supporting team needs in maintenance and commissioning activities for automation systems across various industrial segments. The role is hybrid and involves programming, testing, diagnostics, and adjustments of equipment and control systems, ensuring proper operation according to Schneider and customer standards. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, ensuring efficient integration between control and safety systems, with a focus on quality, reliability, and compliance with international standards.**Responsibilities:** * Lead industrial automation projects technically, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Define architecture for DCS (Foxboro), SIS (Triconex), and PLC (Modicon) systems. * Develop technical specifications, I/O lists, diagrams, and control strategies. * Supervise programming, FAT/SAT testing, commissioning, and start\-up. * Ensure compliance with IEC 61511, ISA\-88, ISA\-95, and internal standards. * Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for technical alignment. * Support maintenance and operations by providing training and technical support. * Prepare technical documentation, including point lists, control diagrams, test plans, and commissioning reports. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical engineering, instrumentation, process, IT). (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Proficiency in industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, FF). * Ability to read and interpret P\&IDs, electrical diagrams, and logic diagrams. * Knowledge of functional safety systems (SIS). * Management of schedules and technical resources during commissioning. * Agile and accurate problem resolution. * Clear communication with technical and operational teams. * Teamwork and technical leadership in high-pressure environments. * Adaptability to scope changes and field conditions. * Time and priority management in dynamic environments. * Commitment to safety and quality throughout all project phases. * Multidisciplinary profile capable of handling interface-related topics across disciplines, such as: project, electrical, procurement, automation, and operation of the respective industrial unit covered by this contract and other contracted parties. * Proven hands-on experience in projects using Schneider/Foxboro DCS. * Proven hands-on experience in projects using Triconex and Modicon PLCs. * Proven hands-on experience in projects using PI System and System Platform. * Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., ladder, structured text, control scripting). * Knowledge of control network topologies (ring, star, bus, etc.). * Proficiency with Windows tools, Word, MS Access, and others. * Advanced Excel. * Advanced/Intermediate English. * Capability to perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of complex systems. * Solid experience in industrial automation projects. * Technical leadership and team management. **Desirable:** * Technical or Engineering degree (preferably Electrical, Automation, Control, or related fields). * Foxboro Certified Engineer, Triconex TÜV Certification, Schneider Modicon Specialist. * Familiarity with AVEVA solution portfolio (Historian, MES, Edge). **Location:** São Paulo/SP**Tell us more about you!
