If you resonate with our way of being, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze, monitor, and resolve critical and urgent issues reported by the company's clients (contract managers), promptly engaging solution departments with a strong sense of urgency. Prioritize incoming issues effectively to ensure clients' complaints/requests are addressed swiftly and efficiently, delivering optimal cost and quality. Proactively address operational demands that could escalate into critical issues affecting clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** Incomplete undergraduate degree; preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, Processes, Technology, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in post-sales activities, processes, or customer service is desirable.
