**Description**
FEAC Foundation is a civil society organization headquartered in Campinas/SP, with over six decades of experience promoting equity and sustainable social development.
The IT Technology Manager will lead FEAC’s technology strategy and operations, ensuring IT service reliability, data architecture evolution, system integration, information security, and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across corporate and mission-critical areas.
They will manage portfolios of complex projects (PMBOK/Agile), aligned with business objectives, with emphasis on operational efficiency, innovation, and data generation for impact measurement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* **Strategy and Scalability:** Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the Foundation’s expansion plan, ensuring infrastructure supports increased operational volume—including applications, integrations, infrastructure, services, security, data, and analytical capabilities—to enable institutional growth, cross-departmental integration, and rising operational complexity.
* **Digital Transformation:** Lead diagnosis, selection, and implementation of new management solutions (ERP, CRM, and social project management systems) to replace legacy systems. Must also ensure that diagnostics, architectures, business cases, and recommendations are translated into executable decisions.
* **Project Management:** Manage the portfolio of strategic projects using PMI practices and agile frameworks to ensure rapid, incremental delivery.
* **Data and Impact:** Lead the Data Analytics (BI) strategy to support decision-making and generate transparency and impact reports for the Board and other stakeholders; ensure evolution of an integrated data architecture grounded in core Data Governance principles.
* **Compliance and LGPD:** Establish IT Governance and data compliance, ensuring full adherence to the LGPD, especially regarding sensitive beneficiary data.
* **AI and Automation:** Define and lead the institutional strategy for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI at FEAC, prioritizing use cases delivering value to IT and business units—with governance, security, traceability, human oversight, and alignment with institutional policies.
* **Third-Party Management:** Manage the ecosystem of external partners and vendors (SaaS, consulting firms, outsourcing), ensuring SLA compliance, technical quality, and adherence to defined architecture.
* **Financial Management:** Manage the department’s budget (CAPEX/OPEX), optimizing costs and prioritizing high-institutional-return investments.
* **Team Leadership:** Develop the technical team and foster a culture focused on internal user support and innovation.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA are desirable.
**Experience:** Proven track record in IT management, preferably within organizations undergoing modernization or accelerated growth.
**Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in IT Governance (ITIL/COBIT), cybersecurity, and hybrid methodologies (Waterfall + Agile).
**Projects:** Demonstrated experience leading implementation of management systems (ERP/CRM).
**Certifications:** PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
**Languages:** Fluent/advanced English.
