Ability to communicate clearly and provide user support Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Ongoing technical or undergraduate education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, and basic network and system administration. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Office suite. * Ability to communicate clearly, provide user support, and adopt a consultative attitude. * Availability to work on-site at another company, located in the city center of Rio de Janeiro Desirable: * Certifications or practical knowledge of COBIT and ITIL applied to IT governance and management. * Experience in IT Management and best practices for processes. * Experience in Systems Analysis (requirements gathering, testing, internal system support). * Knowledge of Information Systems and technological integration. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
