We are seeking an IT Systems Coordinator to lead the maintenance and evolution of the organization’s critical systems, playing a strategic role in ensuring operational continuity and the quality of services delivered to the business. This position will play a key role in building a more stable, efficient, and continuously improving environment. Coordinate day-to-day operations, leading the systems team, organizing priorities, and ensuring high-quality, predictable execution. Work closely with business areas to understand their needs and translate them into technology solutions that deliver value. Manage incidents and problems, conducting structured analyses and driving continuous improvement of processes and systems. Monitor operational metrics such as SLAs, backlog, and performance, reinforcing best practices and maturity in service management. Ensure accountability for production environments, acting autonomously and communicating effectively. Completed undergraduate degree; Preferably in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Solid experience maintaining critical systems, with focus on high availability and operational continuity; Experience managing incidents, root cause analysis, and SLA monitoring; Prior experience leading technical teams (maintenance, AMS, or systems teams); Ability to prioritize requests in environments with multiple systems and high delivery pressure; Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitating ceremonies such as dailies, plannings, and backlog management; Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with business areas; Ability to make decisions under pressure and during critical incidents; Organized profile, with operational discipline and strong sense of responsibility for production environments; Experience with corporate systems (ERP or core systems); For internal candidates, eligibility criteria PL 0031 (4.2.3) must be met.
