Responsibilities: * Monitor and supervise the execution of work in accordance with the priorities and urgencies defined by the ‘Escalation List’, as specified in Annex II – Model of Service Execution; * Supervise and monitor service requests performed outside the scope of the contractor’s central agencies’ dependencies, reporting to the NIT any requests for work execution in environments not described in this contract; * Supervise the execution of service requests performed outside the scope of the contractor’s central agencies’ dependencies, already approved and communicated by the CONTRACTOR; * Management of field teams. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT; * Experience in team management and operation in critical environments; * ITIL v3 certification.
