Lead, develop, and engage the IT team Lead the Information Technology strategy, including operations, projects, and products, ensuring operational continuity, information security, and business digital transformation. Ensure alignment with global and corporate strategic guidelines, driving efficiency, innovation, and technological sustainability. * **Lead technology and digital transformation projects** * + Plan, coordinate, and monitor corporate IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality + Generate and report performance indicators (KPIs) and project status to senior leadership + Apply management methodologies in accordance with corporate guidelines + Report project performance indicators, status, and risks to senior leadership and corporate governance bodies * **Plan and govern the IT portfolio** * + Define and manage the roadmap for products under your responsibility + Gather and consolidate functional and non-functional requirements with business areas + Ensure solutions deliver business value and comply with technical and regulatory standards + Ensure adherence to guidelines, policies, and governance models defined by the global IT structure + Ensure alignment between local needs and global strategic guidelines * **Manage IT operations and support** * + Monitor system performance, availability, and critical incidents + Ensure service continuity with focus on security, scalability, and performance + Promote continuous improvement initiatives and process automation * **Act as a strategic partner to business areas** * + Understand the specific needs and processes of each business area + Translate operational demands into viable and effective technological solutions + Promote integration between technical teams and the organization’s strategic objectives + Monitor business area operations and interact with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities + Assess economic, operational, and reputational impacts of IT initiatives on business outcomes * **Lead, develop, and engage the IT team** * + Lead, inspire, and develop technical and cross-functional teams + Encourage continuous learning and adoption of best practices + Conduct performance evaluations and individual development plans * **Manage IT vendors and contracts** * + Lead vendor selection and qualification processes + Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements + Define and monitor SLAs and OLAs + Monitor performance indicators + Conduct periodic governance meetings + Assess contractual risks and compliance, and promote continuous improvement plans with partners * **Governance, Compliance, and Information Security** * + Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation (e.g., LGPD) + Monitor IT risks and implement effective controls + Report IT risks and compliance matters to the General Management of Information Systems
