Job Summary: We are seeking an on-site IT Manager to structure, organize, and evolve our technology area, ensuring stable, secure, and business-aligned operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an on-site IT Manager to structure, organize, and evolve our technology area, ensuring stable, secure, and business-aligned operations. You will serve as the technical reference and focal point between internal teams and vendors. * Manage network infrastructure, connectivity links, printers, and IT vendors. * Provide support for computers, webcams, and peripherals with a focus on agility. * Administer, update, and configure the Sankhya ERP system. * Manage Microsoft 365: users, Teams, SharePoint, and policies. * Monitor antivirus, information security, and compliance with the Information Security Policy (PSI). * Control access to Hostinger, Monday, Azure, and other critical platforms. * Plan and oversee IT projects, timelines, and performance indicators. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, plus a postgraduate degree in IT, with experience managing ERP systems (Sankhya preferred); * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, BPMS, and Office/Teams tools; * Prior experience in IT management or coordination in an on-site model. * Solid knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and user support. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (users, permissions, Teams, SharePoint). * Experience in information security, antivirus, and access management. * Experience managing vendors and technology contracts. * Proactive, organized, communicative, and results-oriented profile. * Comfort working as an independent contractor (PJ), with a focus on deliverables and resolution time. **Highly Valued Differentiators:** * Experience with the Sankhya ERP (administration, updates, and processes). * Familiarity with BI, KPIs, and IT performance dashboards. * Experience with Azure, Hostinger, Monday, or cloud environments. * History of implementing or restructuring an IT department.
