Job Summary: Manage IT infrastructure, administer ERP systems, lead IT teams, and optimize technological processes to ensure information security and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on information security, compliance (LGPD), and managerial reporting **Key Responsibilities** * Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, internet, backups, and security); * Administer and ensure full functionality of the **ERP**, inventory system, billing system, and NF\-e issuance; * Ensure integration among sales, inventory, and logistics; * Monitor system performance to prevent downtime affecting billing; * Manage contracts with software, internet, and equipment vendors; * Lead internal IT and support teams; * Implement technological improvements to optimize operational processes; * Ensure LGPD compliance and information security; * Prepare managerial reports for executive leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in computing or technology-related fields. * Prior experience in IT management, infrastructure, or development. * Technical knowledge of SAP. * Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Payment: R$5\.388,09 \- R$10\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience with SAP ERP? * Are you available for on-site work?
