If you identify with this, **\#JoinReis!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Supervise and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and storage systems * Ensure availability and performance of all business-critical platforms and systems * Implement and monitor IP control policies to ensure network security and efficiency * Collaborate with the Compliance department to develop and implement information security policies * Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential intrusions, vulnerabilities, and suspicious behaviors * Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures to protect company assets * Supervise penetration testing (external audits) to assess the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement * Develop and execute action plans to mitigate failures and security risks * Develop and execute action plans for continuous improvement of IT infrastructure * Define and implement rules for data and system blocking, access, and visibility * Collaborate with business leadership and other office departments to understand needs * Work together with external consultants to obtain expertise and support in information security * Communicate infrastructure policies and procedures to all employees * Resolve infrastructure issues and incidents * Implement preventive measures to avoid disruptions and ensure business continuity * Perform financial management of costs related to IT infrastructure **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to join the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science** or related fields; Solid experience in **technological infrastructure**, with knowledge in: **Networking**: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routers, and switches. **Servers**: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers. **Active Directory**: User management, group policies (GPO), permissions, etc. **Backup and Recovery**: Knowledge of solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, Windows Backup, etc. **Virtualization**: Experience with VMWare, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox. **Infrastructure and system monitoring**: Tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Nagios, Kubernetes, etc. **Information Security**: Firewalls, antivirus, security policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), access control.
