Participation in Infrastructure and Software Migration Projects #### **About the IT / Telecom Coordinator Role** * Minimum of 1 year leading IT teams; * Knowledge of voice topology and integration among PBX, SBC, and VOIP providers is desirable; * Familiarity with SIP/RTP/SRTP protocols and commonly used codecs is desirable; * LAN/Wi-Fi and switch network administration; * Windows/Linux server configuration; * Firewall and backup management; * Experience with software implementation/migration projects; * Ticketing tools (e.g., GLPI and ServiceNow); * Active Directory and basic security (LGPD), aligned with major industry frameworks such as ITIL and the ISO/IEC 27000 family. Responsibilities: * Coordination of Network and Telecom teams; * Network and server monitoring; * Incident and request management; * Backup configuration and basic security; * Team leadership; * Process documentation; * IT performance reporting; * Participation in infrastructure projects.
