Lead and ensure the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, guaranteeing high availability, governance, performance, and support for business area requirements. Act as a technical and managerial reference, guiding initiatives for technological modernization and evolution. **Key Responsibilities** **Infrastructure Operations Management** * Coordinate daily operations of hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), ensuring availability, performance, and compliance. * Plan, implement, and maintain servers, networks, storage, backup, contingency systems, and other IT components. * Administer Microsoft environments (Active Directory, M365, Azure AD, Intune) and supervise Linux environments, performing diagnostics and improvements. * Manage cloud resources, focusing on governance, cost control, security, automation, and monitoring. * Ensure full functionality of network, telecom, connectivity, VPN, and corporate communication infrastructure. **Governance, Processes, and Security** * Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incidents, problems, changes, and configuration). * Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices for data protection. * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), technical risks, and contingency plans. **Vendor and Contract Management** * Manage IT service vendors and contracts, ensuring SLA compliance. * Lead procurement processes, renewals, and performance evaluations of strategic partners. **Projects and Continuous Improvement** * Lead infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, migration, and evolution projects. * Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational efficiency. **Leadership and People Development** * Lead, guide, and develop the technical team, promoting continuous upskilling and a high-performance culture. * Provide regular feedback and track productivity and performance metrics. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in leading or coordinating IT infrastructure technical teams. * Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365\. * Proven experience administering Linux servers. * Advanced knowledge of cloud (Azure), including governance, security, monitoring, and cost management. * Experience with corporate networks, telecommunications, and security solutions. * Knowledge of ITIL processes. * Experience with monitoring tools and hybrid environments. * Participation in infrastructure and technology transformation projects. **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure. * At least 2 years in a leadership, coordination, or technical management role. * Prior experience in critical, high-availability environments. * Demonstrated track record of delivering infrastructure and cloud projects. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and team development. * Clear, direct, and assertive communication. * Results orientation and continuous improvement mindset. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Organization, prioritization, and time management. * Collaboration, interpersonal relationship skills, and sense of urgency. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Life Insurance, Gympass, Profit Sharing (PLR), access to the GoFluent language learning platform.
