We are seeking an Infrastructure Security Lead to lead the infrastructure and information security strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring stability, scalability, and protection of the company's technology environments. **Job Description (Responsibilities, complementary experience):** Lead the infrastructure and information security area, defining guidelines, priorities, and best practices Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of IT environments (cloud, networks, and servers) Define and implement information security policies, ensuring data protection and compliance with standards and best practices Manage access, identities, and security controls to prevent risks and vulnerabilities Handle prevention, detection, and response to security incidents Implement and monitor infrastructure and security tools Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring service quality and SLAs Support the company in audits and compliance processes (LGPD, ISO, etc.) Collaborate with technology teams to ensure alignment between development and infrastructure Establish processes, documentation, and governance for the area **Required Qualifications:** Solid experience with IT infrastructure (cloud, networks, servers) Experience with information security (policies, controls, access management) Experience in technical management or leadership Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with monitoring and security tools Knowledge of networks and system architecture Intermediate English
