Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100\. **Job Description** ------------------- We are seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead the entire HR technology infrastructure in Brazil, ensuring stability, evolution, and governance of HR applications—including Oracle HCM and complementary local systems. This leader will be responsible for managing an experienced technical team, collaborating with global teams, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring technology drives efficiency, user experience, and quality across HR processes. This position is based in São Carlos/SP and requires physical presence in the office at least twice per week. **Qualifications** ------------------ **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration with IT focus, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in technology, management, or agile methodologies is a plus. * Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and its technical implications: configurations, workflows, functional modules, integrations, and systemic impacts. * Knowledge of AWS. * Experience supporting and evolving corporate HR solutions. * Proven experience leading technical teams (support, integrations, development, or maintenance). * Experience working in global environments and comfort discussing technical topics in English. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). * Strong analytical, prioritization, and backlog management skills. * Collaborative leadership style focused on team development. * Excellent communication, clarity, and ability to act as a facilitator. * Systems thinking and ability to navigate both technical and functional topics. * Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving orientation. * Adaptability when handling multiple priorities and dynamic environments. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): * Experience with cloud-based HR architectures (Oracle, AWS, etc.). * Experience as a Product Owner or direct partnership with agile squads. * Knowledge of HR integration tools or middleware. * Oracle, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certifications. **Key Responsibilities:** Area Management and Technological Governance * Lead and maintain the entire HR technology portfolio, ensuring availability, performance, and security of all applications. * Manage the HR solution lifecycle, ensuring continuous evolution, fixes, updates, and alignment with corporate practices. * Serve as the primary local technical owner of Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep understanding of integrations, impacts, configurations, and functional architecture. Team Leadership * Manage a technical team responsible for HR transactional support and integrations. * Develop team members by fostering collaboration, autonomy, and continuous learning. * Prioritize requests, organize the backlog, and ensure alignment with the dedicated squad for development and maintenance. Collaboration with Global Teams * Represent Brazil technically in global forums, negotiating, discussing solutions, and advocating regional needs. * Actively participate in technical discussions in English with sufficient fluency to argue positions, explain impacts, identify risks, and align decisions with global teams. Partnership with HR Business Areas * Serve as the bridge between business and technology—capturing HR business needs and translating them into technical requirements. * Ensure solutions comply with People policies, processes, and objectives. Project and Methodology Management * Lead initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring organization, predictability, and value delivery. * Support and monitor the Product Owner and squad during roadmap planning, grooming, refinement, and releases. * Apply best practices in change management. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
