We grow fast—and we grow with people. **We Are Looking for a Quality and Processes Manager** **What Will Be Your Challenges:** Structure and consolidate the company’s process governance, ensuring organizational clarity, operational efficiency, and alignment among processes, indicators, and corporate strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the company’s process governance Structure and maintain the Key Process Matrix Ensure formal assignment of process owners Map critical processes (AS-IS) Conduct analyses and propose improvements (TO-BE) Structure the process nonconformance backlog Act as the interface between processes and IT systems Lead the transition of system-related activities to IT Classify incidents (system × process × usage) Structure indicators linked to key processes Build the corporate indicator dictionary Ensure alignment between indicators and OKRs Support technical implementation in Power BI Support system migrations Establish criteria for prioritizing improvements Create and chair the Processes and Systems Committee Develop and lead the team within the area Present executive reports to the Operations Director **Job Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in Process Management, Governance, Business Management, or Executive MBA Experience in Process Governance, Organizational Structuring, Performance Indicators, Strategic Projects, and team leadership.
