We seek a senior-level professional to serve as General Coordinator of a foundational Technical Study aimed at strengthening carbon market infrastructure in Brazil.
Salary Expectations
**1\. SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Governance Management:** Institutional and strategic leadership, ensuring adherence to the work plan and contractual deadlines.
* **Technical Supervision:** Coordination of a multidisciplinary team (Environmental Law, Economics, IT, and MRV) and final validation of deliverables.
* **Institutional Coordination:** High-level engagement with funding agencies, governmental entities, and sector stakeholders.
* **Quality Assurance:** Ensuring that technical diagnostics and reports meet methodological rigor and consistency requirements for foundational studies.
**Requirements:*** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree (Postgraduate qualification in related fields will be an additional scoring advantage).
* **Experience:** Minimum of 5 (five) years of documented experience coordinating technical studies or high-complexity research projects.
* **Required Thematic Expertise:**
* Proven track record in projects involving, mandatorily, one or more of the following topics:
* Carbon Markets (regulated or voluntary);
* Environmental and Climate Regulation;
* Development and Analysis of Public Policies;
* Corporate Sustainability and Green Finance.
* Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (comprising lawyers, economists, engineers, and IT specialists).
* Institutional Coordination: Documented experience engaging with governmental agencies and stakeholders from the climate and financial sectors.
