Our focus is supporting operations and managing incidents affecting the availability of the Customer Service Directorate. We collaborate with various corporate technology teams and business verticals, ensuring our platforms operate at high performance to deliver an outstanding experience to the end customer. Key Responsibilities: Design and Architecture: Design a set of best practices and software architecture, ensuring clear communication among components and alignment with company standards. Participation in Discovery: Actively contribute to Discovery sessions, bringing the technical perspective to the formulation of business hypotheses. Refinement and Agility: Participate in Agile ceremonies, performing impact analysis and technical design of Backlog items. Quality and Security: Ensure compliance with secure development standards and applicable architecture guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** Essential Technical Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology-related fields. Solid experience with Python and Angular. Advanced knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and PL\-SQL. Proficiency in Microservices architecture. Practical application of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and software development best practices. Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes). Hands-on experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience working in Agile methodology teams and DevOps culture. Nice-to-Have (What sets you apart): React expertise: Ability to work with or migrate contexts to React as the product evolves. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong Terraform knowledge for infrastructure provisioning and management.
