We are looking for professionals to provide second-level technical support, ensuring operational continuity and internal users' satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** * Supporting users with questions about standard software (e.g., Office); * Handling and resolving hardware, software, and network incidents within SLAs; * Performing IMACs (installations, moves, additions, and changes of equipment); * Supporting onboarding of new employees; * Managing and organizing the IT equipment inventory; * Tracking service tickets with vendors and third parties; * Recording and tracking support requests in the ITSM tool; * Configuring, installing, and maintaining equipment, including in data centers (hands-on and eyes-on); * Documenting procedures and suggesting improvements. **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed technical education in Computer Science, Networks, Electronics, or related fields; * Technical knowledge of hardware, networks, operating systems, and the Office suite; * Experience with ITSM tools and Level 2 support processes; * Proactive, organized, and communicative profile.
