The Engineering/Delivery Manager will face the primary challenge of driving the evolution of the delivery area’s mindset toward a more bold and strategic approach. To achieve this, we seek a senior Technology professional with solid experience in developing financial applications and products, operating in high-availability, complex, and regulated environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop solutions to enhance customer experience and increase sales of the bank’s key products across digital platforms; * Lead Squad members, ensuring reduced time\-to\-market and high product quality; * Act as an agile culture advocate and customer-oriented leader; * Knowledge of microservices architecture, high-availability systems, development pipelines, and messaging systems; * Understanding of banking regulations, LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law), and financial data security standards. * Preferred knowledge of platforms: Função and Matera. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across various organizational levels and technical knowledge domains; * Critical, analytical profile with strong problem-solving orientation; * Experience managing development teams building highly complex solutions; * Technical English proficiency; * Familiarity with secure development practices. **Additional Information** * Banking benefits; * Working hours during business hours, hybrid format; * Work location: Alphaville \- Barueri/SP.
