We’re looking for a mature professional with consistent technical posture, autonomy, and the ability to see the big picture—from architecture to final delivery. This role requires someone who deeply understands backend environments, possesses strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and the ability to propose efficient and scalable solutions. We value professionals familiar with Agile methodologies—but not rigidly bound by them—prioritizing real team delivery and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and robust backend APIs and services; Focus strongly on databases (modeling, optimization, tuning, and integrations); Participate in architectural decisions and technical evolution of systems; Collaborate closely with the infrastructure team to ensure stability, security, and performance; Contribute to integrations, logging, monitoring, and automation; Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and uphold engineering best practices; Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and controlled environments; Provide technical support to the team on complex issues and mentor less-experienced colleagues when needed; Collaborate flexibly and results-oriented within Agile squads (Scrum/Kanban). **✨ Nice-to-Haves** Experience with microservices; Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Advanced application security knowledge; Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.); Experience handling large-scale data environments; Prior involvement in infrastructure projects, migrations, modernization, or architectural restructuring. **Behavioral Profile** Mature, organized, and consistent professional; Excellent systemic vision and decision-making ability; Adaptable, without attachment to rigid processes; Clear and collaborative communication; Proactive in problem-solving and risk anticipation; Autonomous, with strong ownership over deliverables. Requirements: Technical Requirements Solid experience as a Backend Developer; Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.); Expertise in relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.); Strong infrastructure fundamentals: servers, networking, containers, cloud, automation, and monitoring; Experience with REST APIs and service integrations; Familiarity with Git and development pipelines; Experience with scalable architectures, engineering best practices, and development patterns; Knowledge of Agile methodologies—without excessive rigidity.
