This person will serve as **direct leadership**, playing an essential role in **prioritizing, structuring, and delivering data assets**, with emphasis on business value, operational efficiency, and reusability. Responsibilities (day-to-day activities) **Productization and delivery of data assets** * Lead the **development and evolution of data products** (datasets, data APIs, views, features, “data packs”, etc.) from discovery to scale. * Define the **data product roadmap**, prioritizing requests based on impact, feasibility, and risk. * Ensure data assets have **contracts, documentation, and quality standards**, emphasizing reuse and self-service. **Applied governance and quality** * Implement and operationalize **Data Governance** practices across the delivery pipeline (catalog, ownership, lineage, dictionary, SLAs, controls). * Define and monitor **data quality metrics** (completeness, consistency, accuracy, timeliness) and **reliability** (SLO/SLAs). * Strengthen the **Data Stewardship and Data Ownership** model in collaboration with business areas. **Integration with engineering and consumption** * Act as a bridge between **Data Engineering, Analytics, Security/Privacy, Compliance, and consuming business areas**. * Ensure data products are **easy to consume**, with standardized interfaces, versioning, and governance-by-design. * Evolve **data mesh/data product** practices (where applicable), aligning domains, owners, and corporate standards. **Management and leadership** * Lead and develop the team (technical \+ product profile), promoting a culture of **accountability, value focus, and operational excellence**. * Establish rituals (planning, review, KPIs), capacity management, and **continuous delivery**. * Communicate status and results clearly to executive stakeholders. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * analytics * Data * Product **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
