We are looking for someone to lead the Data \& Analytics strategy, bridging technology and business and driving innovation through advanced analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Define and implement the corporate data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives; * Identify opportunities to leverage data for solving strategic problems and optimizing processes; * Lead end-to-end data science projects—from conception through implementation and performance monitoring; * Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery; * Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers); * Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate actionable insights; * Present results to senior leadership, demonstrating impact and value creation; * Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools; * Ensure compliance with information governance, privacy, and security policies; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related disciplines; * Proven experience leading teams in Data, Analytics, or related areas.
