Join us. \#Together we’ll transform boundaries into possibilities! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop cyber defense and offensive security teams, fostering a proactive security culture. * Plan, implement, and maintain security monitoring, detection, and incident response solutions. * Supervise Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, including alert analysis, incident investigation, and response coordination. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Collaborate with GRC, security architecture, and IT teams to strengthen the overall security posture. * Prepare executive and technical reports on cybersecurity status and performance metrics. * Manage vendors and contracts related to cybersecurity services. * Participate in incident simulations and crisis response exercises. * Plan and conduct penetration tests. * Identify and document vulnerabilities. * Exploit vulnerabilities to demonstrate potential impacts. * Report findings and provide mitigation recommendations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security, Risk Management, or related areas (preferred). * Proven experience leading Red/Blue Teams or SOC teams in financial or highly regulated environments. * In-depth knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, malware analysis, and digital forensics. * In-depth knowledge of networks, operating systems, and applications. * Familiarity with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap. * Programming and scripting skills. * Advanced English proficiency. * Availability for weekly hybrid work at Av.
