Our professionals are involved throughout the entire process, from solution conception to implementation. **Education**: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related fields **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in: IT contract management and engagement with public-sector clients * Knowledge of: o Law No. 14\.133/2021 (New Public Procurement Law) o Public IT procurement models (e.g., software factories, outsourcing, support) o SLA/KPI management o Experience in financial contract management (revenue, margin, costs) o Advanced Excel and management tools **Desirable Requirements** * Certifications**:** + ITIL + PMP or PRINCE2 + COBIT * Experience with: + IT governance + Audits and compliance + Large-scale public-sector contracts * Knowledge of tools such as: + Power BI + MS Project / Jira / ServiceNow **Responsibilities** * Manage IT contracts with public agencies (federal, state, or municipal) * Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Serve as the focal point between clients and technical teams * Monitor contractual execution (scope, deadlines, costs, and quality) * Manage contractual risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions * Control billing, measurements, and financial indicators of the contract * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (e.g., procurement and contracting laws) * Lead executive and operational meetings with stakeholders * Support addendum processes, renewals, and economic\-financial rebalancing * Manage multidisciplinary teams (internal and third-party) * Prepare managerial reports and performance dashboards
