Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring service efficiency, security, and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in teams and pursue continuous learning **We are looking for a Cloud Administrator** to manage, configure, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. Your goal will be to ensure our cloud services operate efficiently, securely, and without interruption. You will work closely with IT and Engineering teams to provision resources, manage access controls, and ensure systems scale according to business needs. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Infrastructure Management:** Configure and administer cloud instances, storage, and databases \[AWS / Azure / GCP]. **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor system health using monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues. **Security and Access Control:** Manage identity and access policies (IAM), virtual firewalls, and security certificates to protect data. **Task Automation:** Write simple scripts to automate routine processes (backups, resource start/stop, reporting). **Backup Management:** Implement and validate backup policies and disaster recovery (DR) plans. **Technical Support:** Resolve Level 2 incidents related to the cloud platform and support development teams. **Cost Control:** Identify underutilized resources and collaborate on optimizing the monthly cloud bill. ### **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a Technical Higher Education program in Systems. **Experience:** 2–4 years of systems administration experience, including at least 1\-2 years in cloud environments. **Cloud Provider Knowledge:** Practical experience with the AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud control panel and CLI. **Operating Systems:** Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and/or Windows Server. **Networking:** Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, VPN, TCP/IP protocols, DNS). **Scripting:** Basic knowledge of Bash, Python, or PowerShell. **Certifications (Preferred):** * AWS Certified SysOps Administrator * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\) ### **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** **Organizational Ability:** Skill in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing based on urgency. **Attention to Detail:** Essential for configuring security policies and permissions without errors. **Teamwork:** Effective collaboration with developers and security specialists. **Continuous Learning:** Curiosity about new features and services launched by cloud providers. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Languages:* Portuguese (Native) * English (Intermediate)
