**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and coordinate **business development processes in support of the sales team**, from RFP/tender understanding through final proposal submission.
* Manage **commercial opportunities**, performing technical, delivery, financial, and risk analyses.
* Develop and consolidate **technical-commercial proposals**, including cost structure, pricing, margins, and financial analyses.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations (HR, Legal, Pricing), engineering, and finance teams to ensure viable and competitive proposals.
* Conduct activities related to **OPX (Operational Expenditure)**, economic feasibility analysis, and contract sustainability.
* Track proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables, applying **project management** principles.
* Support the sales team in client presentations, technical defenses, and negotiations.
**Technical Requirements**
* Proven experience in **project management**, **with emphasis on commercial and pre-sales environments.**
* Solid experience responding to **RFPs**, complex proposals, and competitive bidding processes.
* Intermediate knowledge of **networks and applications**, with ability to understand architectures, solutions, and technical requirements.
* Strong financial analysis capability, including cost interpretation, margin analysis, and economic feasibility assessment.
* **English** at professional level (reading, writing, and communication in meetings).
