Required knowledge: * Technical support for MPS, PCs, thermal printers, and mobile devices. * Management and analysis of KPIs. * Administration and budgetary demand management. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Systemic and process-oriented mindset. * People management focused on enhancing organizational culture. * Preferred: ITIL v3 or v4 certification **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in the PCs and MPS domains; Experience in people development; Experience with reporting and KPIs; Completed undergraduate degree. **Additional Information** Check out the benefits included in this role: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, rewarding achievements built together.
