**What is the Retail Division at Porto Serviço?**
At Porto Serviço, we have the Retail segment, where we directly partner with major Brazilian retail brands to sell our services across their stores (physical stores and e\-commerce).
Beyond sales, we strongly focus on relationship management, account maintenance, and comprehensive support for corporate clients. Working with large-scale retailers means operating in a high-volume demand environment while relentlessly pursuing efficiency. This is a department oriented toward planning, innovation, and execution.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Relationship Management (Farmer): Nurture contact with decision-makers across these retail networks, ensuring Porto Serviço remains their preferred partner;
* Performance Analysis: Define and monitor sales KPIs and service quality metrics; present results in steering committees;
* Influence and guide cross-functional teams, including development, IT, design, pricing, products, channels, and business units;
* Identify and capture new business opportunities; conduct market research and provide recommendations and roadmap proposals for channel evolution;
* Drive channel performance through continuous improvement initiatives and support for new business development;
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure agile delivery, negotiations, and project execution;
* Identify opportunities, retain existing customers, attract new business, and drive revenue growth;
* Analyze market trends and proactively anticipate opportunities for improvement and innovation within the channel.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Experience in business and people management;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in business, innovation, or strategy;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in retail business.
