We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage internal and external demands for implementing strategic projects for international clients; * Conduct post-sales relationship management with intercompany and external clients (corporate market); * Perform routine tasks and operations in corporate systems; * Consult, monitor, and analyze indicators from the International Delivery area, proposing improvements; * Lead follow-up meetings with internal departments and external clients; * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial departments to resolve pending issues; * Analyze and support CEC profiles; * Develop forms and propose simple improvements and solutions; * Conduct internal audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of Telecom and IT fields; * Experience in action plan management and process flow design. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of programming tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel macros; * Intermediate proficiency in foreign languages (English and/or Spanish) as a differentiator. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
