Has authority over the use of available resources, defines priorities, monitors work progress, ensures execution of planned tasks, and guarantees expected results. Capable of leading teams composed of assistants, technicians, analysts, supervisors/leaders performing specialized activities and/or operational staff. Responsible for personnel administration within their area, including: hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, vacation scheduling, bonuses, etc. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. Reside in the Sumaré region. Experience in management roles within transportation companies. Flexible working hours. **We Offer:** Salary: R$6000.00 under PJ (individual contractor) arrangement.
