We seek a professional with supervisory experience to support operational teams in dynamic, high-traffic environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong accountability, results orientation, and interpersonal skills to manage daily workflows, ensure procedural compliance, and promote a collaborative environment. We seek someone with easy access to the metropolitan region of Santos and the North Coast of São Paulo State. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate operational teams in daily activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and goals; * Monitor employee performance and provide training and guidance as needed; * Manage work schedules, working hours, timekeeping, absences, and team coverage; * Conduct technical visits, monitor contracts, and ensure service quality; * Address operational problems, conflicts, and field contingencies; * Prepare operational reports and support management with routine indicators and information; * Maintain direct contact with clients to ensure adherence to agreed standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience supervising operational teams (e.g., security, cleaning, logistics, facilities, production, etc.); * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting); * Valid driver's license and availability for travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing outsourced service contracts; * Leadership or specialized technical training. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance – BRL 26.03 * Food Basket – BRL 250.00 * Bimonthly Variable Compensation * Fuel Reimbursement (per km driven) * Dental Plan * Group Life Insurance * Pharmacy Discounts – Drogasil and DrogaRaia Networks * Maternity Support Program * Partnerships with higher education institutions **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Work Location:** Metropolitan region of Santos and North Coast of São Paulo State.
